I’m an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. I've been a Certified Professional Co-Active Leadership and Life Coach for 4 years. I was active in starting the Economic Mobility Collaborative pilot program with a non-profit organization. My primary focus is being a bridge connector that will partner with YOU to remove gaps in your relationship, poor communication, transitions and trauma you may be dealing with.
How do you change your mindset? What will coaching improve in me? YOU will improve your ability to self-regulate, make informed future-oriented decisions that will lead to stability. We will partner together to build up important mindsets necessary to sustain change, including self-efficacy and motivation. With the skills and correct mindset it will help you move forward. In your sessions, we'll talk about your goals and how you can reach them.
